Hotkeys are now on by default on web and desktop app. You can triage your inbox, manage conversations, and handle calls without reaching for the mouse. Every shortcut is the modifier key, Cmd on macOS or Ctrl on Windows, plus a single key. Holding the modifier shows hints on the buttons each shortcut triggers.

Press Cmd/Ctrl + / to open the new shortcut reference. It lists every available shortcut, grouped by category. Shortcuts you can't use at the moment are dimmed with a short reason, such as nothing being selected, and you can click many of them to run the command directly.

There are new shortcuts to accept (A) or decline (D) an incoming call and to hold (Shift + H) or mute (Shift + M) an active call. Section shortcuts are now the same for every practice: Inbox 1, Team 2, Pages 3, and Contacts 4.

Note: The full suite of shortcuts is only supported in the Spruce desktop app, where common shortcuts also appear in the app menu. For web, shortcuts are reduced to the ones that aren’t already claimed by the web browser.

Press Cmd/Ctrl + / in Spruce to see every shortcut, or learn more in the Help Center. You can turn hotkeys off anytime in Settings > Personal Preferences.
