Connect ModMed, and your existing patients import into Spruce as contacts. New ModMed patients are added automatically. Updates to name, date of birth, phone, or email sync between both systems, usually within about 15 minutes.
Setup takes two steps: request the integration from ModMed, then connect it in Spruce. Spruce Support handles final activation. The integration is free on the Communicator plan; ModMed may charge its own API fees.
Note: Conversation sync to the ModMed chart isn’t included in this release.
