Spruce now includes in-app dashboards, giving administrators an up-to-date view of your organization's healthcare communication activity — calls, messages, faxes, and more — directly in Spruce. Data refreshes regularly, so you can check in on your practice's performance at any time.
Dashboards are available on both the Basic and Communicator plans. Administrators on Basic see a core set of charts covering inbound communication, SMS, fax, email, and secure messaging. Communicator admins unlock the full set, including teammate activity, call answer rates, Pages resolution, and heat maps of inbound/outbound message volume by day and hour.
From any chart, you can hover to see details, download the underlying data (CSV or XLSX), or export an image (JPEG, PNG, SVG, or PDF). You can also export your entire dashboard at once — as a CSV or XLSX file (each chart saved separately in a single folder), or as a printed or saved PDF.
