Previously, inbound emails exceeding Spruce's 30KB size limit were dropped entirely — meaning some patient and contact messages never reached you. That's now fixed.
Emails over the limit are now processed and delivered. You'll see a truncated version of the message posted in the thread, with the full email content attached for reference. Nothing gets lost.
