- Unknown Caller Handling: silence and/or screen calls from unsaved contacts in order to reduce the number of spam calls that ring through to your phones. You can read more about this feature here.
- Automatic Spam Prevention: if a phone number has been blocked by a large number of Spruce organizations, it may be automatically identified as potential spam across the platform. You can read more about this feature here.
- View / Download Invoices: administrators can locate past invoices by logging into Spruce on a desktop computer and then going to Settings > Billing > View Invoices. From here, you can download any past invoice by selecting the Download button.
