- Outbound Call Transfer: Users can now transfer outbound calls to any 10 digit phone number / Spruce desk phone extension. The process for transferring these calls works the same as it does for inbound calls. You can read more about this, including reviewing step by step instructions, here. Please note: you can only transfer outbound calls made from Spruce VoIP desk phones.
