Webinar Recording: Do you know how your practice is performing?

Do you know how your practice is performing? Not your clinical outcomes, but the day-to-day operation. How many patients tried to reach you last week? How many got through? Who on your team carried the load?

For most practices, the honest answer is "I have a feeling." In this webinar, Claire Pemstein, Product Marketing lead at Spruce Health, shows you how to replace that feeling with something you can see, check every week, and act on, using Spruce Dashboards.

Missed calls, uneven workload, and coverage gaps exist in every practice to some degree. None of these are failures of effort. Your team is working hard. They're failures of visibility. Whether you're a solo provider, a small team, or a multi-location group, this session gives you a simple way to read your dashboard charts and know what to do when something stands out.

In this webinar, you'll learn:

  • What stays hidden until it costs you: how missed calls, uneven workload, and coverage gaps turn into lost patients, burnout, and slow replies
  • How to estimate the revenue at risk from your own missed calls every week
  • A three-pass habit for reading any chart: notice, ask why, act
  • What to look for in your call answer rates, heat maps, call flows, and Teammate Activity, and the action that usually follows
  • How to make it a 15-minute weekly review, including how to build your own trend line by exporting your data each week
  • Where to look first, whether you're a solo provider, a small team, or a multi-location group

Your next step depends on where you are today

If you're new to Spruce, start on Communicator so you have the full dashboard from day one. Get started

If you're on Basic, you keep every chart you have today, and the upgrade option to unlock answer rates, heat maps, Teammate Activity, and call flow analytics is right at the bottom of your Dashboards page.

If you're already on Communicator, open Settings > Dashboards, this week. Pick one chart, make one change, and check it again next week.

Whichever group you're in, the goal is the same: stop guessing and start running your practice from what's actually happening.
