New Features

We continue to develop new features that are intended to make your experience with Spruce even stronger. Some standouts this quarter are message deletion, blocking email addresses and fax numbers, search improvements, and more. Read on!

Message Deletion

Now customers have the ability to delete and restore messages, improving a core feature-set. Fine controls keep your team visibility and audit trail intact.

Yealink Cordless Phones

We’ve introduced robust and cost-effective VoIP device offerings to provide an alternative to Poly phones.

Search Improvements

Search enhancements, such as searching contacts by first name and last initial, make it infinitely faster and easier to find what you’re looking for on Spruce.

Blocking Email Addresses and Fax Numbers

Tired of spam? So are we! Customers can now manage the blocking of each external communication channel—including email and fax—independent of Spruce support.

In Exciting News

In exciting news, we’re thrilled to announce that Spruce has been recognized again as a leader in Telemedicine, HIPAA-Compliant Messaging, and Patient Engagement in G2’s Winter Report. G2 is a leading source of software-industry user reviews and we owe our community a big thanks for supporting us there!

“Rankings on G2 reports are based on data provided to us by real software buyers,” said Sara Rossio, Chief Product Officer at G2. “Potential buyers know they can trust these insights when researching and selecting software because they’re rooted in vetted, verified, and authentic reviews.”

Leave us a review on G2 and you could win 3 FREE MONTHS OF SPRUCE (up to $150 value).
