Self-Service Call Flow Builder (Phone Trees!)
Call flows provide advanced control for when someone calls your Spruce phone number. Create phone trees, automate communication, and pair with schedules to change call handling based on time of day. Reach out to learn more! |

Caller Display on Yealink Desk Phones
No more second guessing which patient or practice is calling in on your Yealink phone. When you receive an incoming call, the caller’s number will display as you’ve entered it in your Spruce contacts. |

Emoji Picker in the Compose Bar on the Web
Now you can tap into fun emojis when exchanging messages on the web. Add a bit of levity to your conversations and communicate just as you would with emojis on your phone. 🎉 |

Akute Health EHR Integration
Spruce customers who are using the Akute Health EHR can now directly integrate the two systems, saving hours in time spent syncing contacts and messages across systems. Reach out to Akute Health to learn more: support@akutehealth.com. |

Invite Patients via Saved Messages on the Web
Expedite your workflow and use a saved message when you invite a patient to join you on Spruce. No more having to manually type out your invitation each time, just use a repeatable message and invite a specific contact or a group of contacts, quickly and easily. |
