Expanded VoIP Phone Support

We’ve added support for more VoIP phones, including models that natively support WiFi and Bluetooth, for easier connection and less expense. You no longer need to be hardwired or procure an adapter for a consistent experience.

Schedules

In exciting news, if you’re a Spruce Communicator subscriber, you can now create and manage your own schedules from your Spruce settings! You can use schedules to control auto-replies and phone trees, so that they will automatically toggle to a different behavior at a designated time. Includes flexible support for holidays and one-time exceptions to your practice hours. Learn more about schedules.

Spruce API

We’ve officially launched the Spruce Public API, and the functionality includes syncing your contacts across all systems and enabling you to have events in other systems automatically trigger messages that get sent through Spruce. This could be used for things like appointment reminders, check in messages, and new patient welcome info. Learn more about integrating with the Spruce API.
