Athena Integration is Live! It’s official! Spruce has launched a new athenahealth integration to streamline workflows and improve patient communication. Patient records and communications now sync automatically between both platforms, reducing manual data entry and ensuring unified, up-to-date patient information. For setup, contact the Spruce Support team! |

Email Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Spruce now supports email, in addition to SMS, for the delivery of 2FA authentication codes during account login. Email 2FA can be used to increase organizational security and flexibility, and can simplify login workflows for virtual assistants, international travelers, and users without cell service. |

Tag-Based Auto-Reply Automation Auto-replies on Spruce can now be fully controlled by both conversation and contact tags! Choose whether your automated messages send based on the presence (or absence) of any tags of your choosing, allowing you to construct workflows that tailor highly relevant automated replies to specific patient groups (e.g., bespoke messages for new patients, existing patients, or patients needing urgent attention). |
