We continue to develop new features and helpful tips that are intended to make your experience with Spruce even better. Read on!

Group SMS

Spruce now supports group text (SMS) messaging! Take part in conversations with up to 10 participants. A group SMS message will automatically be created when someone sends an SMS message to your Spruce number along with other participants. Learn more!

Call Recording

Spruce admins can enable call recording in Spruce to automatically record phone calls. You have the flexibility to configure call recording settings for a specific phone number, enabling you to record all phone calls, inbound calls only, or outbound calls only. Learn more!

Links in Messages

You can now put hyperlinks into secure messages on Spruce! You can hyperlink using either the new “insert link” icon (the last icon in the compose bar, right after the emoji icon) or by pasting a URL on top of text you want to link. Learn more!

Voicemail Transcription
Language Detection

Spruce has introduced language detection for voicemail transcriptions for up to 20 languages, making it faster and easier to get the output you are seeking. Learn more!

Self-Service Call Flows

Call flows give you advanced control over what happens when someone calls your Spruce phone number. You can use call flows to create phone trees, to automate communication like auto-text back, and to pair with schedules to change call handling based on time of day. Learn more!

athenahealth Integration Coming Soon!

Spruce is launching an integration with athenahealth, a leading cloud-based EHR. This integration aims to enhance your workflow efficiency and patient communication. Send an email to greetings@sprucehealth.com with the word “interested” if you’d like to learn more!

Spruce offers live training sessions for customers, designed to supplement our help center resources and provide a forum for customers to ask questions and learn more about recent updates to the Spruce platform. We’re excited to meet you face to face and help you get more out of Spruce!
