Meet Good Hope Wellness, a group practice that delivers quality, individualized mental health therapy and medications for individuals of all ages in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida.
A bit about the business…
Elena Cetola is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who is working on building a mental health group practice. Good Hope Wellness delivers psychotherapy and medications for mental health conditions. Elena is certified as a minority and woman business owner and what really drove her to open the practice was seeing how difficult access to mental health care is in her community. Even when someone does reach out, the quality of care is poor and many patients can become more stigmatized. Elena has encountered people who are afraid to tell her things due to fear that she will judge them a certain way. She wishes they didn’t have that fear when seeing a mental health professional and hopes to change this.
How long have you been doing it?
I became a nurse practitioner in 2017 and opened my practice in 2018.
What first brought you to Spruce?
I was looking for better ways to communicate with my clients and my team.
How do you use Spruce at work?
We currently make phone calls and text. I am working on setting up phone trees now, so I hope to have a business hours and outside business hours set up.
What is your favorite Spruce feature?
I love that we can use Spruce as a platform for telehealth, because finding reliable platforms is not easy. I’m also very excited about the phone tree option. Another thing I like is having the internal conversations as part of a text with a client. This is superb!
What do you like to do most when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening and am starting to plant my vegetables for the year.
