This update also includes a few small changes that will improve the efficiency of managing your Spruce inbox.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can learn about all these changes below.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Managing your Spruce inbox<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We know that for many practices on the platform, the Spruce inbox is the home of all communication &#8211; external and internal. As such, we are excited to have built a set of new tools and workflows to help supercharge the Spruce inbox for our users! With these new tools, managing daily tasks and activities from within Spruce should be easy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Archiving conversations<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-961 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/sprucehealth.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/P7r1stsH26.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"450\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Itching to de-clutter your inbox? Now you can, with Archiving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Archiving allows you to \u2018archive\u2019 conversations that no longer need attention and move them out of your inbox. Archived conversations will appear in the \u201cArchived\u201d filter of your inbox, visible to you and every member of your team. Simply mark a conversation as \u201cUnarchived\u201d and it will return to your inbox.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.sprucehealth.com\/article\/465-archiving\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Read more about Archiving conversations \u2192<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>Paging your teammates<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-960 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/sprucehealth.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/mfqw7Oq74L.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"450\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We&#8217;ve made two important changes to how Paging works:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>First, pages are now \u2018sticky\u2019! That means that conversations that you have been \u2018paged\u2019 in will remain in your \u201cPages\u201d filter (even after you have read them) until you mark them as \u201cResolved\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Second, you can now only Page teammates within an Internal Notes within a Patient Conversation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.sprucehealth.com\/article\/454-internal-team-communication\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learn more about managing your Pages \u2192<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>Starring conversations<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-962 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/sprucehealth.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/6XBpAK7xOe.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"450\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFollowing\u201d has now become \u201cStarring.\u201d Star conversations that you want to keep track of and need closer attention.
