Dr. Kyle Hampton founded Arktos Direct Care in 2018 with Dr. Aida Yavari, building a family practice around a small patient census, personalized care, and accountability to patients first, a direct answer to the long waits and rushed visits of traditional primary care. The practice uses Spruce for all of its patient communication, calls, texting, and video telemedicine, and Dr. Hampton’s favorite part is having the same easy-to-use platform on his phone and his computer, so his workflow never changes when he leaves the office.<\/p>\n
Arktos Direct Care was created in 2018 due to the changing climate of healthcare. As a family practice physician, I was seeing some of the pitfalls of primary care. Too often in primary care offices today, patients are experiencing long wait times, rushed office visits, and appointments offered months away. Arktos was designed around the idea that a small patient census, personalized care, and accountability to the patients first and foremost would lead to better health outcomes for those patients.<\/p>\n
I opened the practice four years ago with Dr. Aida Yavari.<\/p>\n

When I\u2019m not working, I like to spend time with my wife and kids. I also mountain bike, hike, and enjoy the great Colorado outdoors.<\/p>\n
