New Features & Spruce Tips

We continue to develop new features and helpful tips that are intended to make your experience with Spruce even better. Read on!

Pages Oversight for Admins

Organization administrators can now view and resolve pages for teammates and teams from “Pages Oversight” in the “Pages” tab. You can read more about this new feature here and watch a demo video here.

Scheduled Messages for Patients

Patients using the Spruce app can now schedule messages to be delivered at a later time. This is available to patients on the iOS app, Android app, and Web app! Learn more.

Improved Voicemail Transcription

You asked and we delivered! Your HIPAA-compliant voicemail transcription is now exponentially faster—from ~45 seconds down to ~3 seconds, and the accuracy has also improved. We hope you find something wonderful to do with those extra 42 seconds!

Improved Handling of International Calls

Inbound international calls and texts for all organizations will now show up in conversations clearly identified by the international phone number.

vCard Support in SMS

Now providers can text a standard “vCard” contact card for patients to save on their phones. This makes it easier for patients to connect with care teams, ensuring that everyone automatically has all of your latest contact information. Quick tip: You can use Spruce bulk messaging to send your vCard to your entire patient panel.

New Integration Partner

Spruce is now integrated with Keragon, a HIPAA-compliant automation solution that enables practices to link Spruce to other software solutions without engineering support. Keragon integrates with popular EHRs, CRMs, and many more tools to help you synchronize all of your data with Spruce. Example use cases include syncing contact information between systems and automating messages (e.g., appointment reminders). Learn more!

Spruce Live Training

Spruce offers live training that is open to all customers, twice weekly. These sessions are designed to supplement our help center resources and provide a forum for new and old customers to ask questions and learn more about recent updates to the Spruce platform. We’re excited to meet more of you face to face and help everyone get more out of Spruce! Register here.

Spruce Referral Program

We’ve introduced an easy, automated referral program that benefits you and your colleagues! Log in to your Spruce account and navigate to Settings > Referral Program. Invite a friend or colleague to Spruce with your unique referral link, and both of you will receive $24 in Spruce account credits. Learn more!

We owe our community a big thanks for supporting us there!

“Rankings on G2 reports are based on data provided to us by real software buyers,” said Sara Rossio, Chief Product Officer at G2. “Potential buyers know they can trust these insights when researching and selecting software because they’re rooted in vetted, verified, and authentic reviews.”
